Terms and Conditions for the Instant Win Feature on Choowi
Welcome to Choowi! By using the instant win feature on our website and app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Eligibility: The instant win feature is available to all registered users of Choowi. By participating, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- How to Participate: Users can participate in the instant win feature by checking-in at listed businesses using the Choowi app. Each check-in grants you a chance to win instant prizes funded by Choowi.
- Prize Claim Process:
- VIP Users: To claim prizes, you must be a VIP user. Becoming a VIP user is FREE when successfully referring three friends to Choowi using your referral URL.
- Non-VIP Users: Non-VIP users can still win and collect prizes; however, the prizes will remain in a pending state until the user upgrades to VIP status. Once upgraded, pending prizes will be paid out.
- Pending Prizes: Prizes will be displayed as pending in your Choowi account until all eligibility requirements, including VIP status and providing payout information, are met.
- Payout Method:
- Prize funds are currently only paid to the user’s PayPal account, which must be saved in your user profile on Choowi.
- If you do not have a PayPal account linked, your prize will remain pending until a valid PayPal email address is added to your Choowi account.
- Choowi may offer additional payout methods in the future, which will be communicated accordingly.
- Independent Operation: The instant win feature is fully funded and operated by Choowi. The businesses where users check-in to win have no involvement or affiliation with the instant win feature, its prizes, or payouts.
- Changes to Terms: Choowi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the website or app. Continued use of the instant win feature constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Disqualification: Choowi reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be violating these terms and conditions, engaging in fraudulent activities, or undermining the integrity of the instant win feature.
- Limitation of Liability: Choowi is not responsible for any technical issues, disruptions, or errors that may affect participation in the instant win feature or the claiming of prizes. By participating, you agree to release Choowi from any liability related to the instant win feature.
- Publicity Agreement: By participating in the instant win feature, winners agree to have their first name, last initial, profile picture and general location (city/state) used for promotional purposes on the Choowi.com website, app, or associated social media channels. However, personal contact information will not be disclosed.
