Launch promo Free Prize Draw Rules and Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: The Choowi Free Prize Draw (“Draw”) is open to individuals aged 18 and above who have downloaded, registered & invited 3+ friends (upgraded to VIP FREE) on the Choowi mobile application (“App”) and have agreed to these rules and terms. Employees, and immediate family members of Choowi. (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate.
2. Draw Timing: The Draw will be held once the Choowi App reaches its initial target of 1000 users. The timing of the Draw’s conclusion may vary and is subject to the rate of user registrations. The Draw could be completed within a week, a month, or potentially longer. The actual end date will be communicated on the Choowi website/APP and Choowi’s official communication channels.
3. Prize: The prize for the Draw is £1000 (British Pounds). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
4. Entry: To enter the Draw, participants must download the Choowi App, complete the registration process, verify their email address, successfully invite 3+ new users (upgrade to VIP FREE) and agree to the terms and conditions. Only one entry per individual is allowed.
5. Increase Chances of Winning other prizes: Participants can increase their chances of winning other prizes in our regular raffle by referring friends and family to download and register on the Choowi App. Successfully invite 3+ users and be upgraded to VIP for bigger and better prizes in the monthly raffle.
6. Monthly Raffle Ticket Feature: The Choowi App features a separate monthly raffle ticket feature, where users can participate to win prizes. This feature operates independently of the Draw and will continue to run alongside the Draw. The winners of the monthly raffle will be selected as per the rules outlined within the Choowi App.
7. Winner Selection: The winner of the Draw will be selected randomly from all eligible entries once the Choowi App reaches 1000 users. The selection will be conducted using a computerised random user selection.
8. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Choowi App account within 7 days after the Draw’s conclusion. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that the provided email address is accurate and up-to-date. Choowi will not be held responsible for undelivered emails or emails that are diverted to the recipient’s junk or spam folder. The winner must respond within 7 days of receiving the notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture, and a new winner will be selected.
9. Publicity: By participating in the Draw, the winner agrees to allow Choowi Ltd. to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Data Privacy: Personal information collected during the registration process will be subject to Choowi’s Privacy Policy.
11. General Conditions: Choowi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Draw at any time without prior notice. Choowi’s decision regarding any aspect of the Draw is final and binding.
12. Governing Law: The Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
